Packages are for 3 nights accommodation.
Package 1 – 3 Keys Self Catering – £115 per person
Package 2 – 4**** B&B – £160 per person.
Package 3 – 4**** Adults only waterpark £130 per person.
Package 4 – 4**** Adults only waterpark hotel B&B – £140 per person.
Package 1 – prices pp based on 2 – 4 people sharing an apt,
Package 2 – prices pp based on 2 – 3 adults sharing a room
Package 3 – prices pp based on 2 – 5 adults sharing a suite
Package 4 – prices pp based on 2 – 5 adults sharing a suite
Single supplements available.
£25.00 per person deposit required are non-refundable (transferable). Deposits for Spectators are £15.
Each team can have a minimum of 10 players
Please ensure that you book in all of your players that will be taking part in the tournament as players will have to wear issued wristbands. You will not be allowed to play if you do not have a players wristband.
Please note that the names of players can be changed up until the day of the tournament.
Team entry payments are non-refundable.
Deposits are payable in sterling and the balance invoice is payable in Euros by the 10th of February 2020.

The Women’s tournament will run alongside the Men’s tournament in the same format

We’ll close applications once we have the maximum number of teams or at 12 noon Monday 13th April 2020. We’ll notify teams of their acceptance into the tournament as soon as possible. Please remember that the entry fee must be received when booking to confirm your participation.
Obviously, the earlier the better. First come, first served!
Registration fee – £25.00 per person – non-refundable – transferable to another participant.
OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Full team /group cancellation – 100% – 30 days before arrival
Full team /group cancellation – 50% – 60 days before arrival
100% – no show, same day cancellation
100% – reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
50% – reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival
25% – reservations cancelled up to 45 days prior to the date of arrival
10% – reservations cancelled up to 60 days prior to the date of arrival
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Majorca Beach Tournament Organisation and Adramar Incoming Services by email.
The organisation/Adramar Incoming Services are not responsible for any bank charges when submitting any refunds via bank transfer.
Rules of the game
Each team can have a squad of up to 15 players (all players must be wearing the official tournament wristband)

Please make sure that your players are covered by sport Insurance that covers you for playing rugby in case of any mishaps on field. We recommend that you arrive Friday (May 1st) to be ready to play Saturday morning.
By agreeing to play in the tournament you agree to allow any photos / Videos of you or your team to be used in the promotion of the event. We also recommend that you check your emails for updates and information. To subscribe to this mailing list, if you haven’t already email: email@example.com
You are expected to be at the pitch ready to start your allocated games on time, failure to do this may result in you forfeiting the game, and being banned from the tournament
We have lots of games to get through and therefore the tournament must run on time, it is your responsibility to arrive at the allocated pitch on time.
Majorca Beach Rugby and our employees /Staff will not accept liability for theft, loss, injury or damage of any nature during your tour, or resulting from a stay at any accommodation, supplied by our agents. We are also not liable for the breakdown or non-operation of technical equipment and the cancellation or closing of facilities at your accommodation. We strongly recommend you take out insurance cover.
Majorca Beach Rugby accepts no responsibility from bookings and agreements made with our agents, please refer to their terms and conditions.
Household and Travel Rules
We support the right of any travel company or holiday company to refuse entry or admission or boarding of any vehicle to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who constitutes a threat or a danger to any passenger or member of the public. Any person refused transport or accommodation on these grounds or on any other grounds any operator acting on our behalf deems fit will have to make their own alternative arrangements regarding travel and accommodation, at their own expense.
We ask that you respectfully uphold the laws of the country that you are visiting and respect the rights of other holiday makers at all of our resorts. A copy of the household rules is available at the reception of the hotel you are visiting. If your hotel room is not left as you found it when you arrived, supplementary cleaning costs or costs for damaged property will be charged for. Some hotels may charge a deposit when you check in.
Please remember, when travelling your team is not only representing your club, but also your country. Upholding the good name of your club will make you many new friends and contacts for the future, along with laying the foundation for other teams to follow in your footsteps or perhaps a return visit.
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, natural disaster, weather conditions or fire. We are not responsible for late team changes.
